Exercise- No bike or run today because I thought I had a basketball game, instead we just played ball for 2 hours.
Diet:
Breakfast- 3 egg and cheese sandwich
Lunch- Monster portion of whole wheat pasta, pepperoni and Ragu
Dinner- Toasted peanut butter and honey sandwich.
Alright I got a little carried away today, but my body hurts and I've been exhausted. I figured I wasn't getting enough food so I had to try something. I'll be better tomorrow...

Dude I don't think you eat enough. I restrict my white carbs, processed foods, sugars, caloried beverages, alcohol, and only eat grain products immediately after a workout, but I'm pretty adamant about eating frequently and until I'm full. I can eat all the legumes, non-starchy vegetables, lean meats, eggs (including yolks), plant-based fats, and salt I want, so I do.
But apparently I can't stick to my shit. Whatever. After this week is over it'll be better. Studying has worn me out.
